"Whenever I gave an answer that was not satisfactory, I was told to lie on
my stomach and I was given lashes,” Gwisai said. “ (It was)indescribable
pain. It is sadistic.”
He said his torturers tried to beat him into admitting that he had said
“Abasha Mugabe”, which is Portuguese for “down with Mugabe” and that he must
go.
Gwisai alleged that he was lashed 15 times and was finding it difficult to
sit and walk.
He told the court that even though Mugabe was an elected president, people
could still revolt against him.
“This is the reason why people went to war and died to ensure that people
govern.”
Among the people arrested on Saturday were HIV and Aids activists, some of
who are living positively with the disease

My thoughts and prays go out to the activists who were charged with High Treason.

Bob turns 87
Born in 1924, Zimbabwe’s once celebrated leader who turned tyrant by his own choice is now 87.
This year unlike others he will not get a birthday card from me. I will not waste my money on him after all he never gets the message which is "Get out of office. We do not want you"
Mugabe continues his killings, his rape, and his theft of Zimbabwe’s riches and continues with policies that are inhumane.
The Hague is where he needs to spend the rest of his life together with his cronies.

Mugabe & Mubarak must be twins
Listening to Mubaraks speach today was more than a slap in the face to the people of Egypt and to Africa as a whole.
He so much reminded me of Robert Mugabe. Both in their eights, both have well overstayed their welcome,both only care of them themselves. Have both ripped apart a great nation for self interest and both have innocent blood on their hands.
What a shame, oh what a shame.

Violence on the rise
As expected following Mugabe’s call for elections in 2011, the violence
perpetrated by hired Zanu (PF) hoodlums has escalated in the past three
weeks. This is not at all a result of political protest by Mugabe’s personal
party. Rather, this is well-orchestrated destabilization of the GNU by hired
hands that are paid a pittance of$5 per day for their trouble.
The Zanu (PF) officials who are actively denying that they are the ones
organizing these brainless hoodlums will not be able to fool us. We are
aware that Mugabe and his supporters would like the GNU to fold up on or
about February 15 and that the elections be held three months later. That
way the police, the army, the militia and the CIO will be able to violently
force the people of this country to vote for Mugabe and Zanu (PF).

People are been forced to contibute $10 for Mugabes birthday party and those who donot are told they will face unspecified action.
Mugabe taking terror to schools
ZANU PF youths have taken their terror further by
informing headmasters in Harare that they must leave at least two days a
week for lessons about the liberation struggle, "We have been asked to teach for three days and the other two days we must teach children about Zanu PF and the liberation war," a headmaster said.
