Zimbabwe, a cash strapped country where top management in Government agencies can earn a take home salary of upwards of 300,000.00 USD per month, where ZANU PF top brass can spend upwards of 50,000.00 USD a month on girlfriends and where the so called President is more of a visitor to the country than a leaders all on the tax-payers dime yet the men and women, fathers and mothers who have hungry kids to feed go months without a pay check.

When Ian Smith said good bye to Rhodesia, the country was one of the greatest in the world with an economy under sanctions that was one of the top five economies world wide with the Rhodesian dollar been stronger than the pound.

What Zimbabwe Needs
Talking today to many Zimbabweans in the diaspora, it is evident, we all love our country and it pains us to see the collapse of what could have been a gem.
Thankfully, all is not lost as when we have a tomorrow, we have hope.
What Zimbabwe needs is a new generation of leaders, new energy, new ideas and in a few short years, we could be back on the map and on the right side of history.
Zanu PF has failed. The continued drama in the MDC is a sight to soar eyes and has taken away from the issues at hand which are large and ignored.
It is time that the old man steps down or the ICC steps in. Zimbabwe can still make it.
Mugabe must be held accountable and must be brought to justice for his crimes.

Hundreds of thousands forced to drop out of school
Hundreds of thousands of Zimbabwean kids are been forced to drop out of school each year. Zimbabwe now has its education system which was once a jewel in a serious crisis.
UP TO 300,000 children are being forced to drop out of school every year, a government minister said admitting the numbers were “too ghastly to contemplate”.
Zimbabwe was again confirmed to have the highest literacy rate in Africa but figures revealed by Youth and Empowerment minister Francis Nhema at the weekend suggest a new crisis has hit the country’s education sector.
